Year Around Home Watch Program

Year Around Home Watch is a service provided by RSVP that is intended for home owners that do not occupy their homes on a year around basis.

With this service RSVP offers Peace Of Mind. We will visit your home twice per month or more often if you request.   We will inspect the property and enter the home to make sure that no damage has occured and will report back to you.

The cost for Year Around Home Watch per month is $50.00 for two visits and $25.00 for each subsequent visit if requested.

Vacation homes that are in our inventory are not charged if there is a minium of two bookings for that month.   If there is only one booking for the month then only one visit would be required at a charge of $25.00. Should a potentially damaging storm occur, an inspection will be conducted following the storm rather than at the next scheduled inspection date.

If the two minimum inspections have been performed for the month and a storm inspection is required, this inspection will count as one of the next scheduled inspections.

Storm inspection reports will include pictures of any damages that may have occurred.
