POLICIES & PROCEDURES


Reservation Policies:
Thank you for inquiring about our vacation homes on Whidbey Island situated in the rain shadow of the majestic Olympic Mountains. We have several homes from which to choose. They range from large homes to quaint island cottages and cabins. They all take full advantage of the most outstanding scenery and waterscapes of the island.

Peak Season:
June 15th through September 15th.

We prefer to rent the homes by the week only, but will book for fewer days if the date is less than twenty days prior to arrival. However, the two night minimum still applies.

Off Season:
September 16th through June 14th.

The homes are available for two through five nights; stay a week (six nights), the seventh night is complementary. Holidays only require a two night stay.

Reservations:
A $200 holding fee is required at the time of booking payable only by Visa/MasterCard/Discover cards and is included in the base rate.

Credit card information is held on file should there be any damage, missing items or excessive cleaning required after your stay.

All reservations are subject to Washington State and Island County sales & lodging taxes. This is 10.4% and is not included in the base price.

We currently accept personal checks, cashiers checks, Visa or MasterCard/Discover cards. When paying your final balance to avoid the 3% bank service charge, please pay by personal check or cashiers check.

Payment Policies:
Any reservations made 60 or fewer days prior to arrival date, full payment is required at which time the reservation will be confirmed. At that time a confirmation letter and contract will be mailed.

Reservations made more than 60 days prior to arrival date, a $200 holding fee applies. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date. When payment in full is received, a confirmation letter and contract will be mailed, along with your house code.

Cancellation Policies:
Contracts cancelled up to 60 days prior to arrival date, a $200 cancellation fee will apply. No refunds will be made on reservations cancelled with 60 days prior to arrival date.

Any changes to arrival or departure dates on the contract will incur a $35 regeneration fee.

ALL VACATION HOMES ARE NON-SMOKING UNITS.
